Dante Taylor of National Christian Academy will represent the U.S. in Global Challenge

As if there was any doubt about the talent immersed here in our nation's capital , four of our local kids were selected to represent the United States in the Nike Global Challenge in August 2008. The four include Dante Taylor of National Christian class of 2009 , Wally Judge Jr. of Arlington Country Day , Kendall Marshall of Bishop O'Connell and Roscoe Smith of Walrbrook HS are rising juniors from the class of 2010.

Their will be a total of 3 different U.S. teams of which the players selected will be divided into in the coming days leading up to the opening round at Liberty HS in Portland , ORE. The U.S. teams will face of with Senegal , Puerto Rico and Serbia starting at 2pm on August 8, 2008.
