Tim Thomas 15U Champions

In the second championship game today we witnessed the Tim Thomas Playaz from NJ. take down the MD Bulls 65-60. Miles Davis and the Playaz were just too much for the MD Bulls and held a pretty demanding lead the entire game up by 20 points in the beginning of the 4th quarter. Miles Davis (MVP) a 6'1" SG from St. Benedicts H.S. led all scorers with 19 points and 5 assists. The Bulls got strong play from Tyler Hubbard (15pts all in 2nd half) a 5'11" PG in the class of 2011 from Montrose Christian. Tyler has a very nice stroke from beyond the arc. Melvin Robinson a 6'3" WF from Annandale HS in Va. led the Bulls with 16pts. The MD Bulls defeated DC Assault Gold 15 & Under in their first pool game but just didn't have enough to get by the Playaz from NJ.

Chris Martin 5'10" SG
Chris Martin is highly regarded as a top prospect in the class of 2011. There is no other word to describe Martin other than Scorer. He just find ways to put the ball in the hole and has a knack for scoring.

Named MVP of the 15U Division , this 6'1" PG from St. Benedict's High was outstanding averaging 20ppg and 5assts.

Tyler Hubbard 5'11" PG/2G
Tyler Hubbard from Montrose Christian hit 16 3's in six games at the DC Assault Take Your Best Shot. Hubbard can really fill it up.
